To improve quality management level and control ability during the production, Yiming quality team carried out self-inspection training of process control for the production department and the front-line employees in key positions.

This training included testing methods and quality control standards for raw material and finished product indicators, as well as the prosses training of the   special products such as water resistant silica gel, allochroic silica gel , etc.   After that,our Quality Management Department organized practical assessments for those who participate in the training. The failed ones will participate in the next round of training..
